Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Server Assistant for Gordon Ramsay Burger at Flamingo Las Vegas. This on-site role supports Food Servers and Captains in a fast-paced, gourmet dining environment, focusing on prompt service, table maintenance, and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of F&B bussing experience, strong English communication, a neat appearance, teamwork, and a keen eye for detail in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year F&B bussing experience.
• Effective English communication, both spoken and written.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to interact with guests, public and co-workers.
• Teamwork with other staff members.
• Attention to detail and understanding of gourmet dining atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to restaurant patrons and assist Food Servers and Captains as needed.
• Set tables completely before and after shift and ensure areas are clean.
• Polish glassware and stock side stations with linen and glassware.
• Assist with service of water, coffee and hot tea, and bread explanations to guests.
• Maintain tables during service and clear dishes between courses.
• Move tables as needed to accommodate reservations and manage side stations efficiently.
• Carry multiple dishes and maintain professional demeanor throughout service.
