You will oversee staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and cross-department collaboration to deliver exceptional service while upholding health standards and company values.

Qualifications

• College degree, two-year culinary degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Two year’s work experience in full service or high-volume restaurant.
• Basic knowledge in all phases of restaurant management.
• Strong leadership, communication and management skills.
• Excellent planning and public relation skills.
• NJ CER required.

Responsibilities

• Design creative menus with cost, quality and presentation in mind.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relation skills and ability to market the outlet.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedules to ensure cost efficiency and productivity.
• Schedule periodic food service employee meetings to ensure correct execution of policies.
• Participate in budget planning and financial operations for the outlet.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation and top guest satisfaction.
