Job summary

Caesars Atlantic City, home to Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager to oversee casual dining and in-room dining, driving 100% guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations. The role emphasizes menu design, staffing, cost control and marketing of the outlet.

The Manager will coordinate with other departments, ensure health standards, lead a team, and align with Caesars’ service values in a dynamic Atlantic City environment. NJ CER license is required.

Qualifications

• College degree or two-year culinary degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two years’ work experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant.
• Basic knowledge in restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing creative menus with consolidation to cost, quality and presentation.
• Demonstrate excellent customer relation skills and ability to market the outlet.
• Maintain staffing levels and schedules to ensure a cost efficient, productive environment.
• Participates in the financial operating and capital planning process and makes recommendations that achieve desired financial results.
• Analyze and understand market research as it applies to the Food & Beverage operation.
• Requisition all supplies for the outlets.
• Ensure adherence to all Board of Health standards.
• Endorses the business and service objectives, ethics and values of the company.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficiency of operation and the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all guest complaints are handled in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy.
