We are seeking an accomplished Restaurant General Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume upscale casual dining operation in the Charlotte area. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven hospitality leader who is passionate about developing people, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and driving strong operational and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who understands that successful restaurant operations come from a combination of great people, outstanding hospitality, disciplined cost controls, and consistent execution.

What You’ll Do

• Lead all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Build a culture focused on exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and retain managers and team members
• Drive sales growth and overall restaurant profitability
• Analyze sales, labor, and operating-cost trends and implement improvements
• Manage labor productivity, cost of goods, and controllable operating expenses
• Maintain high standards for food, beverage, service, safety, and overall restaurant execution
• Conduct effective pre-shift meetings and promote ongoing food, beverage, and service education
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and build guest loyalty
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, purchasing, deposits, and other operational responsibilities
• Develop a strong leadership team and create an environment where employees can succeed

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of General Manager experience in a high-volume upscale casual or casual dining environment
• Strong restaurant operations and leadership background
• Proven ability to recruit, train, develop, and retain successful teams
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, cost controls, and profitability
• Demonstrated ability to drive top-line sales
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Hands-on, people-first leadership style
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Steakhouse experience is a plus
• Court of Master Sommeliers Level 1 or comparable wine knowledge is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$100,000 base salary
• Health and dental insurance
• 14 working days of PTO plus 5 personal days
