Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older; RVP approval may allow for earlier hiring.
• College degree is preferred.
• Minimum of four (4) years experience in the restaurant industry with responsibility for full execution of running quality shifts and driving sales/performance.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling and support; uphold product quality and cleanliness.
• Uphold Company standards and coach, train, and motivate team to meet guest expectations.
• Manage costs, inventory, and labor to maximize sales and profits.
