Domino’s Team Murph in Texas is seeking motivated individuals to join our General Managers in Training program. You will receive structured training while working in a fast-paced environment to prepare you for a restaurant General Manager role.

The ideal candidate has management experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to operations, sales, food safety, and customer service, with flexibility to work openings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• At least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Meet image standards; valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work with teams and under stress.
• Flexible schedule to open/close store, including some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain professionalism and positive brand representation through communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of team members.
• Establish and maintain high level of customer service and staff motivation.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets according to company guidelines.
