• Ability to work flexible schedule including opening/closing, some nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage restaurant operations to meet service standards.
• Review sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety and proper training of Team Members.
• Establish high level of customer service; motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
• Perform routine duties and maintain cleanliness and compliance.
