Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals to join our management track as General Managers in Training. You’ll participate in a progressive training program while contributing to a busy, customer-focused environment with a goal to advance to a restaurant General Manager role.

The ideal candidate has management experience, strong leadership, and the motivation to excel in fast-paced restaurant operations while maintaining food safety, labor controls, and exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status
• Ensure food safety compliance
• Lead and train team members
• Review daily sales, food cost, and labor; adjust as needed
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service
• Motivate staff and lead by example
• Protect the security of cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines
