Domino’s Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick-service restaurant team in Texas. You’ll participate in a progressive training program while preparing to manage a store, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, operations oversight, and training of staff in a high-volume environment, with opportunities for growth into a Restaurant General Manager position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old and pass a background and drug screen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to motivate staff and maintain customer service excellence.
• Able to stand and move for long periods; flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high performance and 5 Star Status.
• Lead training and development of team members.
• Review daily sales, food costs and labor; implement adjustments.
• Ensure food safety compliance and quality standards.
• Protect cash, inventory and assets per company guidelines.
• Open/close responsibilities and flexible scheduling.
