Domino's Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant network with over 100 locations in Texas and Tennessee. The role focuses on developing leadership skills through a structured training program aimed at promoting to a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, experienced, and capable of driving 5-star operations, with strong communication and people management abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience; Domino's experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ and pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to lead, analyze data, and make decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve high quality standards.
• Lead and train Team Members; maintain customer service excellence.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper inventory control.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
