Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of experience in warehouse/distribution management.
• Experience managing a 100,000+ sq ft facility with up to $1M in revenue.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, HAZMAT, and FDA regulations; willingness to certify.

Responsibilities

• Learn how a General Manager leads teams to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient operations.
• Help develop facility strategy by shaping requirements and allocating resources.
• Forecast labor needs based on sales data and historical trends.
• Analyze workload vs. labor hours and equipment utilization.
• Read and help prepare the facility P&L and annual budget.
• Assist with billing audits, PO requisitions, and productivity tracking.
• Serve as point of contact for reports on financial and operational performance.
• Support HR through policy adherence and employee development initiatives.
• Supervise safety compliance and incident prevention programs.
