Job summary

Home Instead Green Bay, WI seeks a General Manager in Training to develop leadership across operations, sales, staffing, and financial performance. Relocation is a nonnegotiable requirement; the GMIT will train at Green Bay HQ and rotate into a territory as readiness grows.

During a 3–12 month training period, you will relocate within our footprint (WI, KY, TN, AL) and advance to a GM role. Expect exposure to strategy reviews, budgeting, recruitment, and community relationships, with relocation

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required or equivalent experience in business-related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership or increasing responsibility early in career.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in operations, sales, staffing, and financial performance.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Learn how business functions collaborate to drive growth, operations, and client service.
• Gain hands-on experience with revenue, expenses, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and metrics.
• Support sales and business development through community and referral relationships.
• Participate in recruiting, staffing, coaching, and team development.
• Review performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, service, efficiency and profitability.
• Participate in leadership meetings, strategic planning, and operational projects.
• Build relationships with clients, families, and referral partners.
• Relocate within the company footprint as readiness develops.
• Travel to support other locations as needed.
