My Fit Foods is seeking a proven General Manager in Beaverton, Oregon to build and lead strong teams, foster a culture of coaching, and own the customer experience on the floor with your people. You will hire and mentor leaders, connect with customers, manage KPI performance, and partner with local teams on marketing and community outreach.

The role starts with in-store leadership and occasional travel, with base salary of $80,000–$100,000 plus profit sharing and strong upside toward multi‑unit

• Proven experience leading a team in a retail/food-service environment.
• Ability to coach and develop employees into leaders.
• Strong customer-centric focus and community outreach.
