My Fit Foods in Beaverton, Oregon is seeking a proven General Manager in Training who loves developing people and driving performance on the floor with the team. You’ll begin with initial training at Lake Oswego before transitioning to the Cedar Hills location for on-site leadership at Beaverton.

You’ll own KPIs, coach your crew, build strong customer relationships, and drive a culture of growth and accountability that elevates performance and customer impact.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager experience with a track record of developing people.
• Ability to foster a culture where teams grow and perform.
• Leadership that engages on the floor with customers and staff.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a great team.
• Hire great people and develop future leaders.
• Coach consistently and be present with the team.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team and support them.
• Build relationships with customers and help them reach goals.
• Set clear expectations and maintain accountability.
• Own store performance and execute KPIs.
• Maintain tight operations across inventory, payroll, cleanliness, and compliance.
• Partner with local teams on marketing and community outreach.
