Job summary

Domino's RPM Pizza is seeking a General Manager In Training at 7381 S Siwell Rd to lead a store in Mississippi. This full-time role focuses on coaching a team, driving sales, maintaining quality, and upholding safety standards.

The GM In Training will build a strong team, manage inventory and scheduling, and engage in local marketing to boost community presence. The position requires prior GM experience or AM4 status with DM approval; GMITO class or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store ready AM4 as a replacement.
• Demonstrated high volume mentality and supervised in a store that exceeds all RPM Service Standards.
• Must be able to pass all background and drug tests.
• Proficient math and technology skills.
• Be an RPM Brand Ambassador who upholds all standards and consistently make perfect product.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team with constant coaching and high customer service standards.
• Monitor Safety & Security policies and ensure equipment is working.
• Utilize RPM Training tools and on-the-job training to develop all Team Members.
• Adhere to RPM, Domino's, and State health code standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and local store marketing.
• Grow sales and control labor to meet profit targets.
• Ensure product, service and image standards are consistently met.
