RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking a General Manager in Training for the Indiana area. The role oversees store performance, leads teams, and drives operational excellence while adhering to all brand policies.

The GM in Training program is required, with background and drug screening. The position involves high-volume operations, scheduling, and local marketing to grow sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• GM in training program completed or equivalent.
• AM4 or prior GM with District Manager approval.
• Proven success in a high-volume environment.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Food safety certification per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture with accountability.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety and health standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and brand representation.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Support scheduling, labor management, and attendance.
• Resolve customer and team concerns with ownership.
• Operate store equipment and time-management effectively.
• Maintain a positive, fun environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Work 40+ hours weekly including nights, weekends, holidays.
