Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a General Manager In Training at 11135 Pendleton Pike, Unit 100. You will lead a store in the Domino’s family, driving performance through people development, food safety, customer service, and financial results.

The role requires overseeing 40+ hours weekly, including nights and weekends, and ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards. The GM in Training program and past GM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Food safety certification as required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture with accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with RPM and Domino’s safety and health standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with ownership.
• Operate all store equipment including ovens and food prep tools.
• Demonstrate time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Maintain a positive environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Work 40+ hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
