Job summary

RPM Pizza seeks a General Manager In Training at 7411 N Keystone Ave Suite A-1 in Indianapolis. This full-time role builds leadership, coaches the team, and drives customer service, product quality, and local store marketing.

You will manage sales, inventory, labor, follow RPM and Domino’s standards, and lead in a fast-paced environment while working 40+ hours weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life and 401K; bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• GMITO training completed or equivalent
• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent
• AM4 store-ready candidate with DM approval
• Track record of training Team Members in product, service & image
• Proficient math and technology skills
• Able to pass background and drug tests

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team with a positive attitude to deliver high service standards
• Uphold RPM, Domino’s and state health code standards
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling
• Drive sales projections and local store marketing efforts
• Manage sales, inventory and labor to achieve desired profits
• Ensure product, service and image standards are upheld daily
• Maintain 40+ hour work weeks and personal accountability
• Protect brand integrity and consistently deliver quality pizzas (e.g., 60-second pepperoni pizza)
