Job summary

RPM Pizza is seeking a General Manager in Training at 5917 East 82nd Street in Indianapolis to lead a busy store and develop a strong team. The GM will coach staff, drive sales, ensure safety and quality, and partner with local marketing to grow the business.

The role requires GMITO Class completion or equivalent and a store-ready AM4; it offers career development, flexible hours, and potential bonuses along with RPM benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a high-volume store team.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
• Track record of training staff in product, service and image.
• Completion of GMITO Class or equivalent and store-ready AM4.
• Willingness to pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive customer service excellence.
• Coach team, manage staffing levels and scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to RPM, Domino’s and state health codes.
• Manage inventory, sales and local store marketing initiatives.
• Maintain product quality and brand standards across the store.
• Consistently work 40+ hours per week.
