RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a General Manager in Training for our Indianapolis location. The role emphasizes leading by example, driving store performance, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will coach Team Members, manage labor and inventory, schedule and forecast, execute local marketing, and represent the RPM Brand. The position requires 40+ hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a path to the General Manager role.

Qualifications

• GM in Training program completion or equivalent
• Proven success in a high-volume environment
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Food safety certification per local regulations

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members using RPM training tools.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture that values accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with all RPM, Domino’s, safety, security, and health department standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
