RPM Pizza is seeking an General Manager In Training in Indianapolis, IN. This role leads a store team, drives standards, and ensures exceptional product quality and customer service while maintaining compliance and store performance.

The GMIT will develop leadership skills, oversee daily operations, and work toward becoming a full General Manager with opportunities for growth and bonus incentives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced store.
• Strong focus on customer service and brand standards.
• Experience coaching for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Ability to manage scheduling, labor and store inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Uphold RPM, Domino’s and state health code standards.
• Manage safety policies, equipment maintenance and training.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and local store marketing.
• Schedule teams to meet labor and sales needs.
