Job summary

Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals to join our management track as General Managers in Training. You will participate in a progressive training program while working in a fast-paced environment with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, excelling in leadership, operations and customer service. This role requires flexibility to open or close, weekend hours, and adherence to food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• 18 years old or older; must pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with 2+ years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate staff; strong communication.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing, some nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand/move up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and enthusiastic communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and other assets per guidelines.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
