Domino’s Team Murph is recruiting for a General Manager in Training as part of a progressive management program. The role focuses on developing restaurant leadership and preparing to manage a Domino’s store, with emphasis on operations, sales, and team development.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, ready to excel in responsibilities from daily operations to staff training and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience with previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• Meet image standards.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, and make judgments and decisions.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with 2-years driving history and an insured vehicle for driving managers.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status
• Establishes and maintains a high level of customer service
• Reviews daily sales, food cost and labor and follows up
• Ensures food safety compliance
• Ensures proper training of Team Members
• Motivates staff and leads by example
• Protects cash, inventory, and other assets per company guidelines
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
• Receives and processes telephone orders
• Takes inventory and completes related paperwork
• Cleans equipment and facility daily
