Super Star Car Wash is seeking a driven manager-in-training to lead day-to-day car wash operations and build a high-performing team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining safety standards, and driving membership growth across locations in TX.

The program offers hands-on experience to prepare you for a General Manager role. You will oversee scheduling, training, and performance, while implementing SOPs and strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a high sales environment.
• Strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on membership-based models preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead a clean, safe, fun, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and inventory levels to ensure continuous operation.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency and service quality.
• Understand Safety practices and coach all company Safety Procedures in a fast-paced business.
• Lead and implement change and drive growth initiatives.
