Super Star Car Wash is seeking an energetic leader for a hands-on Manager in Training role. You will oversee daily car wash operations, drive team development, and ensure top-notch customer experience while growing memberships across a fast-paced environment.

You'll train immediately, take on increasing responsibilities, and work to improve profitability and service quality at a busy location. Medical/dental coverage, weekly pay, and 401(k) options are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience required.
• Car wash, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a high sales environment.
• Strong background in sales and customer service, with a focus on membership-based models preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash.
• Lead a clean, safe, welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and inventory levels.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maximize efficiency.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase membership sales and customer retention.
• Train and motivate staff to promote and sell memberships.
