Super Star Car Wash in El Cajon, CA is seeking a driven Manager in Training to develop into a General Manager. You’ll lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

This hands-on program covers all aspects of car wash operations, with progression to leadership responsibilities and profitability, plus benefits and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience.
• Car wash, retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience leading and developing a team in a high sales environment.
• Strong background in sales and customer service with membership focus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hands-on, results-driven mindset with commitment to excellence.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to transfer to other locations within the designated district.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash to ensure smooth service.
• Lead a clean, safe, fun, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and inventory to ensure continuity.
