Beyond Catering in Flossmoor, IL seeks an FM/GM-in-Training role designed to develop future General Managers and, for top performers, a pathway to ownership within the Buona organization.

The role drives sales targets, oversees budgeting and training, and cultivates a high-performing restaurant team through structured leadership and development programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift.
• Ability to work with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts, and procedures.
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials.
• Manage and control direct expenses.
• Direct labor, food cost variances, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses.

• Adhere to established training programs.
• Determine advancement/termination.
• Develop employees into shift managers.
• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success.

$65,000 - $85,000/annually
