Rocketdyne is seeking a General Manager, In-Space Propulsion to lead a fast-growing business unit in Redmond, WA. This full P&L role drives strategy, customer relationships, and operational excellence across chemical, electric, and exploration propulsion.

The role requires senior leadership in aerospace, proven revenue growth, and an active security clearance. You will build a high‑performance team, pursue complex programs, and shape long-range technology investments.

Formación

• Senior leadership experience in Aerospace & Defense with P&L ownership.
• Proven revenue growth, profitability, and margin expansion in complex programs.
• Experience leading engineering, manufacturing, or program management teams.
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
• Ability to build high‑performance, accountable teams.
