Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Engineering degree preferred (Electrical, Mechanical or Aerospace)

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the program’s development and manufacturing team in executing the program plan
• Support budget and schedule planning and statusing, Earned Value Management a plus
• Present program status briefings/reports to internal management and customers
• Provide problem solving leadership to program team when issues are encountered
