Qualifications

• Experience leading a store team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven ability to manage profitability and drive sales results.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Pro).
• Lead on-duty responsibilities including safety and store operations.
• Ability to lead change management and foster a respectful environment.
