The GM will recruit and coach staff, manage on-duty coverage, and work toward profitability goals while maintaining high store standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory retail experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hiring, development and coaching of store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Lead on-duty responsibilities and safety checks.
• Coordinate with District/Region as needed.
