The role emphasizes strong communication, inventory control, and the ability to manage a diverse team across DIY and professional customers. A bachelor’s in business is preferred with 2–3 years in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Understanding of store and automotive systems preferred.
• Ability to read and analyze business reports (P&L).
• Must be able to work 50–55 hours weekly; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales.
• Selection, hiring, development, and engagement of store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Manager on duty responsibilities (coaching, floor/phone mgmt., safety, opening/closing).
• Lead change management and foster a respectful environment.
