Convive Brands is seeking a General Manager for our Los Angeles location. You will lead the restaurant with a focus on people, hospitality, and business performance, setting the tone for culture and standards.

You will own guest experience, team development, and financial performance, building a high-performing team and driving profitability across operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience with people, operational, and financial ownership.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, coach, and retain teams.
• P&L ownership, forecasting, labor, COGS, inventory.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Spanish, French, and/or Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the floor, staying engaged during service and coaching the team.
• Own the guest experience, resolve concerns with empathy and urgency.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through hiring, onboarding, and coaching.
• Own restaurant operations across opening, service, and closing with high standards for food, service, cleanliness.
• Manage food costs and inventory, address waste and variances, and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Forecast business needs, set priorities, and translate financial goals into actions.
