CAVA - USC Village is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead a guest-focused team in Los Angeles. You’ll drive daily performance, maintain standards, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

As a GM, you’ll balance people development with operational excellence, manage inventory and labor, and foster a collaborative culture that supports our brand values and growth trajectory.
