Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of leadership experience managing high‑volume, fast‑paced front‑of‑house restaurant operations.
• Degree in hospitality, business, or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of service standards, guest experience, and regulatory compliance; enforce policies.
• Proven experience managing budgets, labor, inventory, and operating costs to meet financial goals.
• Ability to plan staffing, scheduling, and team productivity while maintaining service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth front‑ and back‑of‑house performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop floor managers and staff.
• Maintain the highest quality of service and guest experience.
• Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor budgets, COS, labor, and operating cash flow.
• Forecast sales and profitability, and report variances to leadership.
• Drive sales growth through marketing initiatives and staff incentives.
• Ensure compliance with company mandates and daily reporting.
