Job summary

Union Square Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager for Daily Provisions Corporate in Boston, MA. You will drive operational excellence, guest hospitality, and team leadership across a fast-paced café setting, partnering with the kitchen and corporate teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

You’ll oversee staff development, performance feedback, and a culture of Enlightened Hospitality while managing day-to-day operations and financial performance in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar establishment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• English fluency and Spanish knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members.
• Lead all team members to deliver memorable hospitality and achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with management to monitor guest feedback channels and improve the guest experience.
• Provide coaching and feedback to build a high-performing team.
