Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a similar establishment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
• Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• English fluency and Spanish knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a culture of Enlightened Hospitality to guests and team members.
• Lead all team members to deliver consistent, memorable hospitality experiences.
• Collaborate with management to monitor guest feedback and improve the guest experience.
• Provide coaching to all team members to build a high-performing team.
