Job summary

Stanley Martin is seeking a General Manager to guide the division’s daily operations while pursuing long-range goals. You will review sales, construction, land and purchasing activity, meet with department leaders, and align priorities with the business plan to improve execution and customer experience.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or construction (MBA preferred). They bring 8+ years in homebuilding across at least two business areas, experience as a leader

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, construction or related field.
• MBA preferred, but not required.
• 8+ years homebuilding experience across at least two business areas.
• Experience as a leader of leaders.
• Ability to read financial statements and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Guide the division’s daily operations and pursue long-range goals.
• Review sales, construction, land and purchasing activity and adjust as needed.
• Meet with department leaders to align on priorities and progress.
• Monitor market trends and assess opportunities for strategy.
