Qualifications

• 7+ years leadership in home services, construction, or field operations.
• Proven P&L ownership.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, service, repair, dispatch, and scheduling functions.
• Oversee warehousing, inventory, fleet, tools, and asset utilization.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer experience standards.
• Improve workflows, SOPs, and operational dashboards.
• Own full P&L performance and develop budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor job costing, gross margins, labor efficiency, and overhead.
• Drive pricing discipline and cost controls.
• Analyze KPIs and operating performance.
• Partner with sales to improve close rates and revenue performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain managers and field teams.
• Establish performance metrics and accountability.
