Join PILF Restaurant Group as General Manager for Cane Rosso at Hillcrest Village in Dallas, TX. Lead daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure hospitality that turns guests into regulars while balancing guest satisfaction with financial results.

We seek hands-on leaders with 1–2 years of full-service restaurant management experience, a passion for pizza, and the ability to read sales and labor metrics. Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus eligibility awaits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-service restaurant management experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with a love of hospitality.
• Ability to read financial reports and translate into action.
• Experience with restaurant systems (Aloha/NCR, R365, OpenTable).
• Pride in work and drive to help team succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and set the pace for great service.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and recognize FOH and BOH teams.
• Maintain hospitality as the standard and handle guest concerns with care.
• Manage sales, labor, costs, and operating expenses with clear action plans.
• Oversee payroll, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
• Partner on marketing, local outreach, and community relations.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and health-code standards.
• Keep the restaurant space clean, maintained, and welcoming.
• Develop next leaders by coaching managers and building accountability.
• Coordinate staffing and employee support with HR and leadership.
