Job summary

PILF Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Cane Rosso - Hillcrest Village in Dallas. You will lead both FOH and BOH teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences, drive sales, and build a high-energy culture around pizza and hospitality.

You’ll manage labor, food, beverage, and expenses, while collaborating with HR on staffing and development. This role requires ownership mentality and a passion for excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of full-service management experience.
• Experience leading high-volume, guest-focused teams.
• Bonus if you have pizza-category experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead FOH & BOH teams: hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, coaching.
• Maintain service standards and exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage labor, food, beverage and expenses.
• Drive marketing, advertising, and community partnerships.
• Own inventory, purchasing and vendor relationships.
