Job summary

Cane Rosso Fort Worth is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead the BOH crew, run a tight kitchen, and keep food hot, consistent, and delicious. You will own food cost, inventory, and labor while developing team members and stepping in when the pace spikes.

You should have prior kitchen leadership experience, ServSafe certification, and a passion for building strong teams in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership experience in a kitchen.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of food cost, labor, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop BOH crew.
• Build a kitchen culture people want to work in.
• Maintain high food quality and consistency.
• Own food cost, inventory, rotation, and waste.
• Manage labor and scheduling per business needs.
• Conduct line, prep, and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe kitchen.
• Hire and onboard new BOH team members.
• Identify and develop future kitchen leaders.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and accountability.
• Collaborate with GM to drive restaurant performance.
• Jump in to help on the line when needed.
