Flynn Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and mentor a high-performing team. The GM will ensure superior customer service, compliance with safety standards, and effective execution of promotional campaigns across a high-volume restaurant.

You will manage staff, budgeting, scheduling, and inventory while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and corporate guidelines. This is an on-site leadership role with significant responsibility.
