Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant leadership, including GM experience.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, labor, inventory, and food & beverage operations.
• Current Food Protection Manager certification; allergen training or responsible alcohol training per NC standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure top-quality food, service, and guest hospitality.
• Develop and coach managers and team members for peak performance.
• Manage P&L, labor costs, and vendor relationships to drive profitability.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all shifts.
