Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and uphold the brand’s Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

You’ll supervise Department Managers, guide goal setting, and coach teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in GM roles, with quick service or hospitality/retail backgrounds, and must be 18+.

Qualifications

• 3 years General Manager experience in a high-volume setting.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s customer standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure strong leadership for the future.
