Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager for a high-volume restaurant in Massachusetts. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, coach staff, and ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met.

This is a franchisee-operated role, with the franchisee as your employer. Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in quick service or hospitality, are 18+, and can recruit and develop scheduling and training.

Qualifications

• General Manager leadership of a high-volume restaurant.
• Coaching and direction to Department Managers to improve departments.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in our environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to reach restaurant goals.
• Set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers for future leadership.
