Golden Corral is seeking an energetic General Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume casual dining setting. You will train staff, uphold service standards, and drive financial performance while ensuring guest satisfaction.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate with the franchisee, manage food quality, scheduling, and cost controls, and empower Co-workers to deliver an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong, stable work history with management experience in a high-volume casual dining environment.
• Education and training normally associated with college coursework in business or hospitality.
• Successful completion Golden Corral's comprehensive management training program.
• Position requires a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• As General Manager, you ensure Golden Corral operational standards are communicated, trained and maintained in the restaurant.
• You drive optimal financial results, outstanding guest service and food quality while leading the restaurant management and Co-worker team.
• You provide opportunities for everyone to be successful in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment.
