Daily duties include scheduling, inventory, cost controls, health and safety compliance, and representing the brand in the community while ensuring exceptional guest service at every shift.

Qualificações

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years Restaurant Management Experience.
• Food Safety Manager Certification within 30 days of hire/promotion, if not already held.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop leaders to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Develop and execute operations and financial plans to meet budgets.
• Represent Mabo in the community and drive catering opportunities.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards daily.
• Forecast sales, schedule staff, and monitor inventory and costs.
