Emler Swim School is seeking a General Manager in Henderson, NV. You will lead both aquatics and customer service teams, drive exceptional customer experiences, and manage daily operations with a focus on safety and teaching excellence.

Comprehensive training and career development are provided. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of leadership experience, a passion for teaching children, and a proven record in team performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of management experience (supervising a department/division/site/team).
• Proven success in leading, motivating, and empowering a team.
• A genuine love for teaching children.
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve them on the spot.
• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural to say "yes!"
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action.

• Undergraduate College degree (5 years of relevant leadership/work experience may be considered)

• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"

Pay Range

USD $55,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.

Pay and Perks

Benefits of this full-time, salaried position include:

• Full salary range: $55,000-$80,000

• Up to $17,000.00 in bonus potential
• Monthly phone allowance of $50 per paycheck
