Eagle Gymnastics Academy, part of Emler Swim and Gym, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily gym operations, coach and empower a team, and deliver outstanding experiences for children and families.

This full-time role includes formal professional development, on-the-job leadership training, and opportunities to advance within a company recognized as a Top 100 Place to Work. Join us in Frisco, Texas, and help create a fun, friendly, and safe environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred; 3 years of relevant work experience may be considered.
• 1-2 years of management experience and a proven leadership record.
• Strong customer service orientation with a love for teaching children.
• Ability to set goals, plan, and execute actions effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and on-the-spot resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Drive exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction by calmly, positively and proactively responding to challenges.
• Perform daily operations from teaching classes, gym management, engaging customers, and MORE!
• Evaluate student progress using our teaching curriculum and customer service processes through front-line work.
• Create and manage class and employee schedules in a way that positively impacts the business.
• Lead regular team meetings and manage employee engagement.
• Develop team members at various points in their professional journey, including those early in their careers or new to the workforce.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Undergraduate College degree preferred (3 years of relevant work experience may be considered)
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Excellent performance record reporting to a General Manager or Supervisor while leading, motivating, and empowering a skilled and productive team
• A genuine love for teaching children
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve on the spot
• Excellent customer service skills - it must be natural for you to want to say "yes!"
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

Pay Range

USD $50,000.00 - USD $55,000.00 /Yr.

• Salary range: $50,000-$55,000
